The Soaring Eagle Casino has become our favorite casino in the area. The restaurants are outstanding as are the selection of machines. The casino itself has improved it's cleanliness, as has the bathrooms which seem to constantly be undergoing cleaning which is a good thing. The staff is pleasant, helpful, & friendly. All contain a refrigerator, flat screen TV, hair dryer, iron, & a free safe for your valuables, along w/high-end soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. However, Soaring Eagle has implemented Bonus Play Paydays for all w/an Access card and the rapid accumulation of comp points negates any reduction in Hero card 'perks.' The rooms, as always, are clean & roomy. The $20.00 promo dollars every week has been reduced to twice per month, free room must be booked a month in advance, & the discounts on dining have been converted to dining dollars issued twice per month based on level of card 'earned' i.e., classic, gold, platinum, diamond, which applies to all Access card holders. Had written before what a great deal the Veteran's Hero Card 'perks' were, but guess the casino didn't realize just how many veterans there were in the area.
